My brother has a dog. Everyone I know has a dog. So I’m around dogs all the time.

And I can definitely say the number one thing about dogs is they have a lot of hair and it gets everywhere. And so the thing to be mindful of is the hair itself that they shed doesn’t go anywhere unless it gets cleaned. So the areas that you’re like, oh, I don’t need to clean behind that or clean this, it’s still there.

And so if you’ve got allergies or if you’re like, man, I’m just sneezing a lot or my house just feels really dirty but I’ve swept, certain things can help, like cleaning your baseboards. That dirt and grime and hair can just stick to those baseboards and that would be a huge difference. Getting behind things.

There’s like areas in my house that I have to pull out and clean behind and I get these huge clumps of hair. I have a Cavalier King Charles manual and I’ve got long hair. So I have like this little ladder blanket thing.

So I pull that out from the wall and behind that’s usually some. We have a subwoofer on the floor for our living room and things get stuck behind there. Hair gets stuck on top of that.

So I wipe that down. I get the couch and the cushions and dusting’s for sure nightstands. Dogs, I don’t know why, but the hair specifically gets there.

Things that we typically wouldn’t clean but I would recommend is like your headboard and your footboard. If those are fabric or even leather, the hair can get stuck in there and so I would recommend cleaning that. Also underneath of your sheets in your bedroom.

I have literally taken my sheets off and there’s like hair underneath. I don’t know how, but it just does. So I would recommend taking a little handheld vacuum to that and just vacuum that ever so often.

You can also do things like, I’ve seen people do baking soda to the rugs and they put that on top or you can get specific odor eliminators. Put that on top of your rug and then vacuum it up. There’s also like some handheld things that you can get like those little, what are they called? We have one for our house.

Well, like when a fresh old person comes out and cleans, a machine that shoots water in, pulls it out. You can get a version of that for your house and you can use that like on your couch, different things. Also, if they have little kennels, that hair is still inside of there and so you need to pull up their bedding and kind of sweep.

I did that the other day and I was like, wow, like there’s just a lot of dirt and dried mud and hair. So I pulled that all out, I vacuumed inside of it, I wiped it all down. So those certain areas can really make a huge difference in how your house even feels and smells.

How often should pet beds be cleaned? Now, I like to do it weekly if I’m like in a good rhythm with my laundry. Some people might do it every month, kind of depends on what your bedding looks like. I like to use the MyPillow dog beds because you can take the bedding off and just throw it in the washer, that way you don’t have to wash the whole thing.

You can just throw just that in and then put it right back on. So that’s something I’d recommend, it’s the MyPillow dog bed. All right, next question.

If you’re looking for only certain rooms to get deep cleaned if you are wanting a reoccurring clean, so that means we come on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

We do have a lot of options for you. We can give you price points for all of that and it really just depends. So the size of your house, what rooms you want cleaned, how often is it cleaned, are you wanting a deep clean maybe even just on certain rooms or just on the kitchen or just in the bathroom or just your master shower, that glass and the grout have just gotten really out of hand.

All those things can change the price of your house. It can go anywhere from, I’d say like on a reoccurring, it can go anywhere from 175, that’s probably the lowest that we do, but it also depends on the house. So I think our smallest house is 1,800 square feet and then it goes up to like $800.

So, and that’s on a reoccurring basis. But that house is also about 6,000 square feet. So, and we clean every surface in that house and we do deep clean on the shower and things like that on a regular basis.

So, and that’s based on what she’s wanting to get done. So it all just kind of depends on what you’re looking for, where you’re wanting to get done and also what your budget is. So we can kind of sit down with you and be like, okay, this is your budget, this is what you’re looking for, this is what we can do for that amount and maybe we rotate certain things.

Some people are, I don’t need the whole house cleaned, I just want certain rooms. That’s totally fine. We don’t need to do a full deep clean on your house every time.

We also don’t need to do every room. If you are a single couple, like you don’t have kids, we don’t need to do all the rooms in your house or if you do have kids and you’re like, I don’t need the playroom done because it’s always covered in toys, you know, that wouldn’t be counted. So it all just kind of depends on what you’re using, what you’re wanting to get done and then we curtail it based on that.

Also, how clean your house is. If we come in every month and it hasn’t been cleaned in between, that also gets factored in because it takes us a lot longer to get it done. If the shower hasn’t been cleaned in a while, instead of 30 minutes, it might take us two hours to do your shower.

So it all just kind of depends on those factors. Next question, how do you choose the right lease of a home cleaning service company? Now that it kind of depends on you. I think it does kind of depend on the personality of the person and the type of company.

I will say we’re not the cheapest company and there’s a reason why. We don’t offer cheap cleaning because we are high quality cleaners. We quote you the time it would take to actually do your house.

We’ve been in so many people’s houses and they’re like, oh, there was two people here for two hours. Well, our team is gonna be four people for five hours and that’s a really big difference on your house being clean. And you might be like, well, what are you doing for that amount of time? There’s no way that other team even had time to mop the house in that time, let alone clean the bathroom, clean the kitchen, vacuum all of the bedrooms, dust all of the things in your house, all the pictures, all the fans.

So we make sure that whatever you agree to gets done every single time, every single visit, that gets done. So it all kind of depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re wanting somebody that’s just cheap, and I don’t mean that in a derogatory way, there are new people at this that are still trying to figure it out and they will under price themselves. They’ll do something that should take five hours and charge 80 bucks.

This is what they do. And we send a whole team. So we’re in and out of your house in one to three hours, depending on what we’re doing now.

If we’re doing a deep clean, it might be five to six, eight hours maybe. But if you’re doing a reoccurring clean, we’re gonna be in and out in one to three hours with a full team. So your house will feel and be extremely clean by the time we’re done.
