I’m so glad that you joined us today to talk more about our Lee’s Summit home cleaning services and all that we have to offer. The number one thing that I love about our business is we’re really giving people time freedom back. Most of the people that we work with are moms and the ability to have their home clean gives them so much peace of mind.
It gives them time back with their families. It allows them to relax in their home and it’s true like like a little fairy came in and poof your home is clean. It’s one of the best feelings in the world.
It smells good. It feels good and we try to make the process as simple and easy as possible. We love taking care of all of our clients homes.
It’s truly just a joy. We also work for some people that are elderly and need just a little bit of help kind of getting some more of those thorough deep cleanings done on their home. We also work with families that are big transitions in their life and they’re moving somewhere or they’re moving into a home and they need some help getting the home ready to sell or ready to move in and it’s such an exciting time of life.
There’s so much going on. I remember when we moved into our home it just everything feels so chaotic and things are switching around. Oh you can move in this day or this didn’t happen or you had to fill up this form and this form.
You’re going to the bank and you’re trying to figure out how to to move all your items. You’re staying up. I’m right.
I pulled an all-nighter two nights because I was packing everything and I was back laying the wallows before I left and then I had to clean the home and things like that. I had a team come in and clean our house before we moved in and it was such a relief. I had painters at the house and I had a handyman and I had somebody come in to look at our garage floor and see if he can fix the foundation in there.
There’s just a lot and so allowing a team to come in and clean your home for you in that time can just bring so much peace and allow you to be ready to move your things in because usually that happens kind of around the same day and so we really just love bringing peace to the Lee Summit community and Independence and Greenwood and Grain Valley and Liberty area. All the areas that we cover here in the Kansas City area. We’re going to go through some of the top questions that we get asked all the time when we go out and quote a home.
Number one, what is a move in or move out clean compared to a deep clean? Now a move in move out clean is literally just that. So we are going in when somebody is moving into a house, moving out of a house and we clean the home. Now it is different than a deep clean because there’s no furniture so there is a different process.
We have more baseboards to cover, there’s a furniture to clean. Usually we do every single room in the house and sometimes there’s movers in the home. Now we prefer not to have that but I know when I was moving into my house there was no other option.
The movers and the cleaners were there around the same time and so it can cause a lot more stress which can increase the price because then we we get bonuses to our team when there’s extra stressful days like that because it’s hard on them if there’s just a lot of movement and it takes a lot longer. So instead of taking four or five hours maybe it takes six hours because we’re not able to access certain rooms or find a certain flow, there’s things in the way, things like that can greatly change the home as well. How do I prepare for a deep clean? Now there are certain things you can do that would greatly make it more thorough and one way is is working on decluttering your home prior to us coming in and cleaning.
The reason that is helpful is if there are things in the way that we’re not able to access certain you know areas like maybe we can’t do the baseboards or maybe we can’t do a certain room because there’s so much items in the way. The kitchen we’re not able to fully get the backsplash because there’s so much just things in the way and so we highly recommend before we come in for a deep clean to number one work on decluttering the home. Going through which is a great thing to do anyways allow your life to feel more at ease more peace because you’re not being held back by just having a lot of clutter.
Number two another thing you can do to help is anything that is on the floor kind of in the way like they’re like chairs and those kind of things but if you just have a lot of items around the house just kind of be putting them we’ve had people just put them on the dining table and that way we can access the home at its fullest potential get it really deep cleaned really thoroughly cleaned in one setting that way we don’t have to some people like it’s not as clean when we do the deep clean there’s it’s not clutter free and so it might take us a couple visits to really get it clean because we couldn’t access every area of your home. Okay next question what kitchen cleaning mistakes do people make? Now number one using the wrong product that’s a very simple and easy thing to do is using the wrong product and that can cause some serious harm like if you use the wrong product stainless steel it will scratch it if you don’t sanitize the sink or scrub the sink it will have a lot of buildup inside of it if you use the wrong product inside of the oven it can leave scratches it can lead to film um it can also break the glass i’ve seen that with people they’re just cleaning their oven and the glass will just so that can happen but also you want to be careful in the kitchen not to use anything that’s got too much chemicals because let’s say you use like a really heavy chemical in the oven well without thoroughly wiping it down or removing it well now you’re cooking with those chemicals into your food so you do want to be very careful specifically in the kitchen um also using the wrong kind of product on your counters that can leave a film on top that can ruin them depending on your counters themselves we use thieves as our product it’s it’s very rare for it to ever actually cause any damage uh we use it for dusting we use it in cabinets we use it in bathrooms uh we use it everywhere so that’s a great product to use um for floor is something that really just kind of melts away all the grime on baseboards on walls on floors it’s just tied laundry soap so the the powder if you use some of that in the warm water when you go to mop or when you use baseboards that’s an easy way to get things clean it smells really good also just really melts away any grime without causing any damage or any film left around after so that’s when i i would recommend if you’re looking at what do i do with my floors um now if you’re wanting to get a free custom red cleaning quote for your home specific for any lee summit home cleaning service we would love to come out and give you a special quote on your lee summit home cleaning service it’s free to do we’ll make it super simple and easy on you and it’s only about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the size of your home and any questions that you have and it will send you that checklist at the end so you can look over it see if there’s anything you want to add if there’s anything you want to take away it also includes all the prices on there you can contact us at 816-623-1497 you can go to our website redkingdomcleaning.com you can also check us out on facebook and instagram red kingdom cleaning or you can email us at info at red kingdom cleaning dot com we would love to help answer any questions that you may have
