Today I’m going to be breaking down some questions that we frequently get when people reach out for a Lee Summit home cleaning service. Number one, what makes Red Kingdom Cleaning different? Now the thing that makes us different with Red Kingdom Cleaning is we are a high quality cleaning company. So when we bid for your house, we go through what are the things most important to you.
What would you like us to focus on? Now we do have standard things that we do in our cleans that are the very basics. But if there are things that are important to you, we add them to the list or take them away from the list. So that your clean is specific for your home.
So during the walkthrough we go through and create a checklist of all the items in your house that you would like cleaned. And then our team will always use our checklist to make sure that they get every item that is most important to you. We also have natural products versus chemical products.
We have a few chemical things that we can use if a more deep clean is required. On like a shower or something like that. But if you would like us to use more natural products, we can do that as well.
We like that for the general feel of the home. It feels very clean. It’s also great for our cleaning team that uses the products all the time.
But there are also very effective products to make sure that you have the best clean possible. Another thing that is different is we have a team that will regularly go to your home. So they will get to know your home really well and what you like and what’s most important to you.
Number two. How much does a house cleaning cost in Leeson, Missouri for a Leeson home cleaning service? Now this can vary as it can depend on is it a reoccurring clean? Is it just a standard clean? Is it a move in, move out? Is it a deep clean? All of that can affect the price as sometimes we’re doing ovens on the inside. Sometimes we’re doing baseboards.
And all of that just depends on you. And what you are wanting done on your home because not every home is the same. It also makes a difference if you have a pet.
Because that obviously can change the level of cleanliness that we are doing. If you have children, that can also make a difference. Because if we’re doing their bedrooms versus if you are someone with no kids in the home.
You know you only have one bedroom being done. Do you want the whole home done? Some people don’t need the whole home done. Some people just want a partial clean.
So all of those will affect the price of your home. And then also is it a deep clean? Are we going through and we’re doing a more whole reset on your home? A deep clean is where we touch every surface of your home. Versus a reoccurring clean, we’re getting your more regularly cleaned rooms.
So we’re not doing your baseboards, the inside of your oven, the inside of your fridge. But we are maintaining the cleanliness of your home. Is it also being done more frequently? So that can also affect the price. So if you’re having a weekly clean versus a monthly clean, that can also impact the price. Because we’re coming more often to clean it. So even though we are touching the same number of surfaces, we maintain the shower and your kitchen and things like that.
So it doesn’t build up grease over time. And we are more able to make sure that your home stays well maintained. So all of those can affect the price.
Also talking to us and knowing what kind of budget you have can make a big difference as well. Because knowing if you have only a certain amount, we can make sure that we create a cleaning process for you that fits within your budget. So really it just depends on you and your home and what you’re looking for.
And we can customize it to whatever you are needing to have done for your lease of a home cleaning service. Now, again, that depends on you. If you’ve got dogs and kids, you may want your home cleaned more often.
Because there’s a lot more happening in your home. You have a lot more hair and maybe school projects where there’s just a lot more happening in your home versus somebody that travels a lot or is not home very often or is just a single family home. Like a husband and wife with no dogs would be very different from a family with three dogs and four kids.
That is a different requirement in the home. Now it also depends too on what you would like done. So some people like an extremely clean home.
And that means you might be looking more towards a weekly clean. If you are somebody that’s more, I will clean in between and I just need just that full home reset once a month. We are there to help you with that.
Some people have homes that if they were to do it by themselves would take 20 hours of labor. But we’ve got a team of four working five hours. And we can get it done in that amount of time versus one person having spent 20 hours a week cleaning the home.
And we can just imagine that amount of time being saved for that person. How much more time are they spending with their family? How much more time are they spending on their businesses? Or getting to travel or just getting to relax and getting to be in their home? So that’s really what we’re giving you is just time back with your family. So it just depends on what that looks like for you.
If you are somebody that cleans weekly and you’re saying once a month, hey, I just need somebody to come in and clean the toilets and the showers and just give me that full reset. We are happy to do that. If you’re like, hey, every other week I want this certain thing done, but I don’t need the whole house done every single visit.
We can get that done for you. So, again, it just depends on you. And that’s the beauty of Red Kingdom Cleaning is we create a custom list and a custom schedule for you that works best for you and your family.
Number four, what’s included in a standard cleaning? Now, a standard cleaning is the things that are more regularly touched and used. They’re on a regular basis. It’s what you would do if you’re like, hey, I’ve got three hours this week.
What would I get done? So it’s more of a wipe down on your shower. It’s the outside of your appliances in your kitchen. It’s your floor.
It’s dusting the fans, obviously vacuuming and sweeping and mopping. It’s your stairs and your stair spindles and obviously all the bathrooms, the mirrors, the toilets, the showers, the bathtub, things like that. So we cover those.
We don’t do baseboards or the inside of the oven or the inside of the fridge on a reoccurring clean. So if that is something that you’re like, hey, this is really important to me, we can definitely add that on. But that’s not naturally in our quote for your home.
We can also make beds if that’s something you would like as well. So if you sleep the sheets out on your bed, we will get that cleaned for you or the bed changed. And again, that one’s just more about getting your time back.
But if you’re wanting a deep clean, that deep clean is where we spend a very thorough amount of time inside the shower, inside the oven, inside the fridge. It’s the things that can take one or two hours for one person to do alone that we don’t cover on a standard clean. That’s why we recommend it on an initial clean.
So the first time you have your house done, we offer that as a way to make sure your home is at a good base. And then we offer the reoccurring clean that way we can maintain it. And then, you know, once a year you’re like, hey, I need to get a deep clean done again.
And it wouldn’t be as much because you’re already getting it maintained. So it would just be more of adding the outside of your cabinets and the baseboards and maybe doing another thorough deep clean on the shower, things like that.
